Terms & Conditions

General Terms

• All participants of sessions must have filled in the appropriate enrolment form. 
• Members place in the session is only valid for named individual, transfers are not permitted.
• Fees are payable via payment link or bank transfer. 
• All classes need to be pre-paid for, no admittance until payment is collected. 
• Any session cancellation by Move and Flow will be made up by a reschedule or taken off the next payment.
• Missed sessions will not be refunded.

Expectations

• Arrive on time to sessions in appropriate attire. 
• Children must be brought to class by a responsible adult, and will not be released from classes until a responsible guardian collects them. 
• Respectful behaviour is expected from members towards staff and other members of Move and Flow. 
• Move and Flow accepts no responsibility for any accident or injury to persons sustained outside of a tutor led session. 
• You consent to photography and video footage to be taken and used for publicity purposes. If you do not consent please make Move and Flow aware.
• You may not post photographs/ videos that contain Move and Flow members online, other than yourself/ own child, without permission from other members/ parent/ guardian.

Liability and Responsibility 

• Members are responsible for informing Move and Flow of any medical conditions or additional needs their child has.
• Staff are only responsible for children during session time and within the designated studio.
• Move and Flow is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Privacy and Data Protection

• Move and Flow has a privacy policy outlining how personal information is collected, used and protected.

Dispute Resolution 

• Members with concerns or questions should contact Move and Flow for a resolution.
